The purpose of this consultation, launched under the adapted procedure, is to award a contract to entrust a so-called statutory auditor with the performance of the tasks relating to the statutory audit and the certification of accounts in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 225-218 and following, L. 225-40, L. 820-1 to L. 823-20 and R. 225-161 and following and R. 821-1 and R. 823-21 of the Commercial Code.
