The subject of the contract includes: 1) Collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste from property owners residing in the Municipality of Jarosław in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reduction of the mass of biodegradable waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of Maintenance of Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities and acts

implementing regulations, as well as the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Subcarpathian Voivodeship valid during the period of performance of the contract and the provisions of local law, in particular specifying the detailed

the manner and scope of providing services in the field of municipal waste collection from property owners

and the development of these waste, the rules of procedure for maintaining cleanliness and order within the Municipality of Yaroslavl.
