With more than 40 years of experience, SEMITAN's main mission is to operate the public transport network in the 24 municipalities of the Nantes Metropolis. Employing nearly 2,100 professionals (including 1,500 drivers) in its various trades and services, it has a fleet of 500 vehicles (excluding charters), including currently 91 trams in circulation on a 45 km rail network and 22 24-metre electric "e-busways".

As part of its needs in terms of training tram drivers, SEMITAN wishes to equip itself with a simulation system for tram driving in an urban environment

This contract covers the supply and implementation of simulation systems for driving trams.

The services envisaged are based on the creation of the virtual simulation environment (digitization of network lines, design of scenarios for training, etc.), the supply and installation of equipment, the transfer of skills and the support and assistance service to users (trainers, IT services).

The contract is broken down into a firm tranche and 2 optional tranches as follows:

- firm tranche (Tf): supply and implementation of the simulation system for tram driving for the 3 current lines of the network (i.e. 45 Kms) on a type of equipment,

- Optional Tranche 1 (TO no. 1): integration into the system of network extensions linked to the commissioning of a new Cetex

- Optional Tranche 2 (TO no. 2): integration into the system of network extensions linked to the commissioning of future lines 6 and 7

The turnaround times for the different tranches are:

- Firm tranche: 18 months from the date of notification of the contract

- Optional 1 tranche: 12 months from the date of consolidation by service order

- Optional 2 tranche: 12 months from the date of consolidation by service order

The deadlines for the consolidation of each optional tranche are:

- Optional tranche 1: until February 28, 2025.

- Optional tranche 2: until June 30, 2027.
