The modernization of street lighting in the Twardogóra Commune is carried out as part of the project entitled "Modernization of existing street and road lighting at public roads to energy-efficient in the Wołów Commune, Twardogóra Commune, Strzelin Commune, Oława City Municipality, Żmigród Commune, Milicz Commune, Środa Śląska Commune and Prusice Commune. This task includes a comprehensive replacement of 2004 pcs. lamps in sodium technology for luminaires with LED source having the functionality of a variable power profile and group change of the power profile and monitoring the condition of luminaires, replacement of power cables for fuse inserts, as well as delivery and installation of 107 lighting cabinets, reactive power compensation devices and lighting startup system, preparation of the necessary design and as-built documentation, measurements and tests.
1) execution of the executive design and agreement with the local Distribution System Operator – TAURON Dystrybucja SA Oleśnica Region, before the start of the installation and conclusion of an agreement with the DSO on cooperation in the modernization of road and street lighting,
2) dismantling and disposal of 2 004 pcs. existing luminaires,
3) delivery of LED street lighting fixtures, in accordance with the submitted offer, in place of installation works in the amount of 2 004 pcs. having the functionality of a variable power profile and a group change of the power profile and monitoring the condition of luminaires. The level of programming of the power supply in the 24 h cycle of the supplied luminaire should take into account both the requirements of the PN-EN 13201:2016 street lighting standard or an equivalent reference system as well as the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the power system (Journal of Laws No. 93/2007, item 623, as amended),
4) installation of the supplied outdoor lighting fixtures on booms and poles in accordance with the "Description of requirements for efficiency and functionality Modernization of street lighting in the Municipality of Twardogóra" (tables), in the amount of 2004 pcs.,
5) when installing fixtures, if the light of the light point is limited by tree branches, the obstacle should be removed by trimming.
6) Installation of power cables (luminaire - protection) with a length of approx. 4 m per set for overhead line poles and approx. 12 m per set for cable line poles,
7) installation of security for all luminaires: 4A fused insert,
8) installation of overhead fuses in the amount of 1169 pcs. and insulated cable connectors in the amount of 835 sets.
9) replacement of AL/Cu current terminals for all luminaires on overhead lines (1169 pcs.). At the connector on a non-insulated line, use a clamp adapted for installation on non-insulated lines, at the connector on the insulated line a clamp adapted for installation on an insulated line,
10) delivery and installation of 107 pcs. lighting cabinets equipped with control clocks, B+C surge protection, "soft start" system and the elevation of measuring systems outside the area of transformer stations along with the implementation of the required projects.
11) delivery and installation of 107 pcs. reactive power compensation systems,
12) equipping and commissioning the lighting control and monitoring system, allowing for group, remote change of the power reduction profile
13) measurements of the effectiveness of shock protection,
14) measurements of ground resistance and insulation of wires and cables
15) measurements of lighting intensity for 10 sections of modernized lighting indicated by the Ordering Party,
16) measurements of installed power and something φ for all modernized lighting circuits – with a clamp meter,
17) checking the continuity of the wires of power cables,
18) implementation of projects of temporary traffic organization with its introduction, if required
19) preparation of as-built documentation for luminaires subject to replacement.
