New construction of the Gilching fire station - Engineering services Technical equipment Plant group 7

The municipality of Gilching intends to construct the construction of a fire station including a vehicle hall with 15 parking spaces in Gilching on the Starnberger Weg.

The local heating supply through the local heating network of the municipality of Gilching will be available when the fire station is completed.

Cold warehouse 1,480 m² GFA/9,185 m³ BRI

Carport 550 m² GFA/1,665 m³ BRI

Total 7,073 m² GFA/37,176 m³ BRI

The following services are advertised for this: engineering services technical equipment, plant group 7, use-specific systems (lockers, general workshop equipment, various storage facilities, respiratory protection workshop, respiratory training system, fitness, hose workshop, hose washing, hose drying, etc.) in accordance with § 55 HOAI, Service phases 1-3 and 5-9 as well as special services. The service phases are commissioned in stages:

Level 1: Service phases 1-3

Level 2: work phases 5-8

Stage 3: Performance phase 9

The service phases 1-2 of the architectural service have already been provided by the office ArgeArchitekten, Waldkirch. This pre-planning, which has already been created, forms the basis of the currently ongoing development planning process. The contractors for the other engineering services have already been or are currently being determined in separate VGV procedures.
