Consulting gross strategy.

The Zweckverband Nahverkehr Rheinland (ZV NVR) will increasingly announce transport contracts as gross contracts. As a result, the revenue responsibility and all the associated tasks are transferred from the railway undertakings (RUs) to the ZV NVR. A strategic management consultancy with SPNV expertise is to be commissioned, which advises ZV NVR on the development of the revenue strategy, the strategic conception of the transport contracts, with regard to the organizational adjustment needs, but also accompanies the implementation in the context of change management.

The project is planned until the end of 2021 and begins with the award of the contract. There is the option to extend the contract up to two times for one year each.
