The Contracting Authority regularly feels the need to hire staff

to compensate for staff shortages for the technical functions of 'loaders' and

'operators'. One way to achieve this is to hire temporary workers. The purpose of the

Tendering is therefore the transparent selection of one or two high-quality

organisation(s) for the provision of temporary field staff on a temporary basis (up to and including

scale 8).

It concerns the hiring of technical positions. With these functions, it is important that deliveries can be made quickly

and that the contractor has taken good measures to
