The subject of the contract is the service of technical assistance and maintenance as well as modification and development of the NEO System and the Communication Module

The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority: 1. Technical Assistance and Maintenance services of the NEO System and Communication Module (hereinafter referred to as "ATiK") – guaranteed contract. ATiK will be provided under a guaranteed order for the period specified in point 5.1 of Chapter 5 of the SWZ. The rules for the provision of ATiK are contained in the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as "OPZ"); 2. Implementation of Modifications and Development of the NEO System and the Communication Module (hereinafter referred to as "NEO Development"). The development of NEO will be provided under a guaranteed contract in the amount of 24,000 Man-hours, while in the option within the maximum pool of 24,000 Man-hours. The rules for the provision of NEO Development are included in the OPZ. The development of NEO will be provided for the period indicated in point 5.1 of Chapter 5 of the SWZ.
