Federal Ministry of the Interior, Building and Home — Moabiter Werder extension — Heating, central water heating and refrigeration systems — Award 26/2021
Federal Ministry of the Interior, Construction and Home
Extension building Moabiter Werder (EMW)
Heating systems, central water heating and refrigeration systems — DIN 18380 — KKE 421.
In the construction phase of the extension of the Moabiter Werder, a heating and cooling system with heating and cooling ceilings (approx. 4 200 m²), panel radiators (64 units), fan convectors (60 hours) and a door air curtain system will be installed. The building is connected to the local district heating network via a district heating station. The supplier provides a flow temperature of 80oC — 110oC, which is throttled to a temperature of 70oC. The building has a heat load of 308 kW, which is divided into 239 kW via ceiling heating, 43 kW via radiators and 25 kW via the door air curtain system. The cooling load of the building is 182 kW and is dissipated mainly through the cooling ceilings and to a small extent via convectors. The cold is produced by 2 chillers on the roof of the building. The return temperature of the chilled ceilings is regulated to 16oC with a control valve. A return temperature of 35 oC is set for all air heaters. The networks are designed as a closed pump heating system in a two-pipe system and have a pipe length of about 4 600 m.
Maintenance services are part of the tender - duration: 4 years
The service should run in the period from 4.10.2021 to 5.7.2024.
Binding individual deadlines.
