Description:
Reactive Repairs, Void Works and Emergency Call Out

The tender is for a the provision of reactive repairs, void works and emergency call out services for Ferguslie Park Housing Association in Paisley.

FPHA wish to appoint contractors to Lots which form part of the services advertised. The lots are as follows Electrical Repairs (upto 3 contractors); Joinery Repairs (up to 3 contractors); Labour/Builerworks (1 contractor); Plumbing Repairs (upto 3 contractors); Void Works (1 contractor); Out of Hours Emergency Works (1 contractor).

The appointment of contractors will be on an initial 18 month contract till the end of March 2022, extensions are available in the form of 2 x 12 month extensions till the end of March 2024.

Electrical Repairs

This Lot is for the requirement for contractor(s) to attend and repair any Electrical repairs within FPHA stock.

Joinery Repairs

This Lot is for the requirement for contractor(s) to attend and repair any Joinery repairs within FPHA stock. Documents that have more information are the Client Brief; the Schedule of Rates and Conditions of Contract.


Builerwork/Labour Services

This Lot is for the requirement for contractor to attend and repair any general small scale Builderwork repairs or General Labouring requirements within FPHA stock. Documents that have more information are the Client Brief; the Schedule of Rates and Conditions of Contract.


Pluming Repairs

This Lot is for the requirement for contractor(s) to attend and repair any Plumbing repairs within FPHA stock.

Emergency Call Out Repairs

This Lot is for the requirement for contractor to attend and repair any Out of Hours Emergency repairs within FPHA stock.
