The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor of laundry services, in accordance with sanitary and epidemiological requirements for disinfection and washing processes, depending on the assortment, along with the lease of hospital linen and surgical clothing, as well as the implementation of the RFID UHF electronic contactless laundry identification system, along with the transport and delivery of hospital linen and repair of hospital linen and clothing.

A detailed description of the object of the order specifying the requirements of the Ordering Party, the scope of the object of the contract, the method of its implementation shall be Annex 3 to SWZ — Description of the object of the order (OPZ) The quantity of the range intended for washing is included in the assortment and price form of Annex 2 to SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive laundry and disinfection services for the District Health Center Sp. z o.o. in Kartuzy in accordance with the applicable law, rules and best standards applied in this area for a period of 24 months starting from 05.01.2024 to 04.01.2026. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, specifying the requirements of the Contracting Authority, the scope of the subject matter of the contract, and the manner of its implementation is included in Appendix No. 3 to the Terms of Reference – Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ). The quantity of the assortment to be washed is included in the assortment and price form constituting Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference.
