New framework agreement(s) will be signed for consultancy services as part of the work involved in the merger of Oppegård and Ski Municipalities. These services will contribute with expertise in several entities, including property, planning and building applications.

Ski Municipality is making this procurement on behalf of Ski and Oppegård Municipalities and is, hereafter, referred to as the contracting authority. From 1.1.2020 Nordre Follo municipality will enter the contract as a contracting authority and customer. The contracting authority's organisation number must consequently change.

The framework agreements concern the provision of consultancy services (consultant engineers) for building and construction projects. This includes the planning and implementation of projects within construction and planning work.

The contracting authority's building and construction projects mainly consist of:

— the construction of new buildings, including, amongst other things, schools, nursing homes, sheltered accommodation flats, nurseries, arts centres, sports buildings,

— pump stations, etc.,

— total renovation/total alteration of existing buildings.

It is a prerequisite for the contracting authority that the tenderer's representatives have broad experience and competence within the assignment's limits, and that they always fulfil the current requirements that follow the law, regulations and other official legal requirements, including other requirements in the contest and accompanying annexes.
