WVS wishes to contract an IT service provider that relieves it in the field of IT facilities and among other things:

- offers a 'workplace as a service' for both the required hardware and software,

- provides the data center services required for the WVS applications incl. Backup for generic and specific applications,

- provides the necessary connections to the various WVS locations for the solution offered,

- provides the required central and local (IT) security facilities so that a secure IT facility is guaranteed,

- provides a (digital) workplace that can be accessed from all types of devices with internet access.

- provides software for office automation through the use of Microsoft Office (incl. Mail) including the required hardware.
