Due to the intensive activities of the Chair of "Environmentally Friendly Production Technology" in the current topics of intelligent value creation from the fields of data science and machine learning in relation to production plants, the control system must meet more specific requirements in addition to the classic requirements such as the possibility of parallel manufacturing and programming.
These include, among other things, the possibilities for dynamic data exchange in real time and compatibility with common IoT platforms.
The machine concept must be designed in such a way that both hard machining with and without cooling lubricants as well as high dynamics and high rigidity of the production system are guaranteed.
