Framework contract Legal quality assurance for the project SAP Process Harmonization

The purpose of the present call for tenders is to obtain a legal and quality assurance legal support for the SAP process harmonization project, which also includes strategic advice and the accompaniment of recommended certification measures.

Within the framework of the contract to be awarded, services must be provided by an auditing company in support of the AG. The services concern the following tasks:

• Consulting, implementation and reporting according to ISAE 3000 (revised)

• Consultation and verification of the regularity of the archiving process

• Advice and migration check

• Consulting and control of the structure of an internal control system (ICS according to COSOMO)

• Advice on the creation of a concept for IT security and data protection

• Advice on the creation of an authorization concept

• Clarification of the necessity and, if necessary, preparation of the IVZ for the PS 951 exam

The services are awarded in the form of a framework agreement with a framework contractor for a period of 4 years, with the option of a three-time extension of 1 year each.
