The subject of this tender - award unit (VE) 3.1 - is planning and construction work for the construction and commissioning of a furnace and steam generator system for low-calorific fuels (here in the further NK boiler or NKK) and a furnace and steam generator plant for high calorific substitute fuels (here in the following HK boiler or HKK) as well as their ancillary systems and a central compressed air generation, as well as the necessary steel construction. The aforementioned systems are part of a new Center for Resources and Energy (ZRE) to be built.

The allocation unit 3.1 includes the following main components:

- Grate furnace and steam generator (NKK) with a furnace heat output of 47 MW including an external economizer located in the exhaust gas cleaning system (VE 3.2) (see Chapter C 5.5.2 of the specification of services),

- Grate furnace and steam generator (HKK) with a thermal output of 73 MW including an external economizer located in the exhaust gas cleaning system (VE 3.2) (see Chapter C 5.5.2 of the specification of services),

- Ancillary systems to the boilers (see Chapter C 5.5.3 of the description of services),

- Steel construction and structural engineering (see Chapter C 5.5.4 of the description of services),

- Electrical, measurement, control and regulation technology (EMSR) (see Chapter C 5.5.5 of the description of services).
