Documentum (Document management) is used by the SPRB to manage documents and records. These documents are provided with metadata to be stored efficiently and correctly and to be easily found and managed.

The SPRB wants to have a maintenance formula that guarantees the full functioning of the software mentioned above (as well as their subsequent upgrades), on the configurations according to any problems that could arise.
