Nacro wishes to procure a Facilities Management Contract in relation to the following Services across 72 Commercial Properties of mixed tenure and 391 Residential Sites (these numbers will fluctuate over time and may either increase or decrease during the life of the contract) located in different areas in England and Wales

- Mechanical and Electrical Planned Preventative and Reactive Maintenance (not accross all sites).

- Building Fabric Planned Preventative and Reactive Maintenance (not accross all sites).

- Verification of Asset and Critical Information.

- Development and operation of Performance Management system.

- Regular Client Reporting on Performance and Finance of the Contract

- Management of Building Health and Safety (e.g. gas and electrical safety)

- Statutory and Mandatory Compliances and Inspections

- Provision, Management and Operation of 24/7 Help Desk Facility and CAFM system

- General Property Management Advice

- Energy Management and Reporting

- Minor Works Procurement and Delivery
