Oakleetrinity Limited is looking to develop a mix of both Social and Affordable homes in Belfast City centre. Applicants should be able to provide the complete package of land, design, construction (and sales for affordable homes).

Applicants should register their intent to participate and receive an initial brief.

A process of minimum compliance checks, project feasibility followed by a dialogue process to determine the number of projects suitable for award. The process may be conducted once every 6 months for a maximum duration of 3 year or may be novated to a framework subject to first stage of dialogue.
