The contract is aimed at the insurance services necessary for the city of Issy-les-Moulineaux and its Centre communal d'action sociale (CCAS) in order to cover the risks associated with their activities. The coordinator of this group is the city of Issy-les-Moulineaux. The lots concerned are lots Nos. 1, 2 and 4 below (civil liability, damage to property and statutory insurance of staff). The precise content of the services is explained in the Special Administrative Clauses (CCAP) Common to all lots, and in the Special Technical Clauses (CCTP) specific to each lot and entity, for lots in order grouping.

Lot 1, in order grouping, concerns the guarantees of civil liability for all the activities of the municipality and the CCAS detailed to the corresponding CCTP.

Lot 2, in order group, concerns the guarantees of damage to property for all the property of the municipality and the CCAS detailed to the corresponding CCTP.

Lot 3 concerns the guarantees of liability and damage for the entire fleet of the municipality detailed to the corresponding CCTP.

Lot 4, in order grouping, concerns the guarantees of the statutory insurance of the staff of the municipality and the CCAS detailed to the corresponding CCTP.

Lot 5 concerns the guarantees of the protection of all works of art of the municipality detailed to the corresponding CCTP.

Lot 6 concerns the guarantees of general legal protection for the municipality detailed to the corresponding CCTP.

Lot 7 concerns guarantees of the criminal legal protection of territorial agents and municipal officials detailed to the corresponding CCTP.
