Bergen Municipality, the Agency for Development [Etat for utbygging (EFU)] would like to enter into parallel framework agreements for project administrative services (PA services). The agreement also applies to: The Agency for Building and Property [Etat for bygg og eiendom (EBE)] and the Agency for Housing Administration [Etat for boligforvaltning (EBF)].

The agreement covers the delivery of key project administration roles for investment and rehabilitation projects in Bergen municipality, including the roles of project manager, assistant project manager, builder ombudsman, technical builder ombudsman, facilitator for interaction and project economist/controller. A more detailed description of the roles is presented in the annexes for Role Descriptions.

For information purposes, the Bergen municipality, c/o the Agency for Development has its own framework agreements covering deliveries of architectural services, various consulting engineer services and HSE services.
