The subject of the contract is a service concerning: insurance of property, civil liability and vehicles, vessels and aircraft of the Provincial Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Krakow and the Municipal and District Headquarters of the State Fire Service of the Malopolska Region.

The item of the order was divided into 4 parts:

Part 1 – PROPERTY AND LIABILITY INSURANCE;

A detailed description of the subject of the contract concerning part 1 is included in the confidential part of the SWZ, in Annex 1.1

Part 2 – VEHICLE INSURANCE

A detailed description of the subject of the contract concerning part 2 is included in the confidential part of the SWZ, in Annex 1.2.

Part 3 – INSURANCE OF CRAFT

A detailed description of the subject of the contract concerning part 3 is included in the confidential part of the SWZ, in Annex 1.3.

Part 4 – AIRCRAFT INSURANCE

A detailed description of the subject of the contract concerning part 4 is contained in the confidential part of the SWZ, in Annex 1.4

1.1. PART I - Property and liability insurance, including:

1.1.1. Liability insurance for business activity

and owned property;

1.1.2. Property insurance against all risks

1.1.3. insurance of electronic equipment.

1.2. PART II — Vehicle insurance, including:

1.2.1. auto casco insurance;

1.2.2. accident insurance for driver and passengers;

1.2.3. Assistance insurance.

1.3. PART III — Watercraft insurance, including:

1.3.1. OC of the user of the craft

1.3.2. CASCO of the craft
