PUBLIC SUPPLY CONTRACT

for the purpose of

"Supply, delivery, installation, configuration and commissioning of X-ray diffraction equipment for powder analysis (PXRD), as well as associated annual preventive maintenance services, for the benefit of UNamur"

The present procedure consists in the conclusion of a multiannual public contract for the purpose of:

 the supply, delivery, installation, configuration and commissioning of complete X-ray diffraction equipment for powder analysis (PXRD), including:

(i) all the parts and components of the assembly,

(ii) data control and processing software,

(iii) the connectors and accessories necessary for the use of the equipment,

(iv) la documentation,

(v) user training,

(vi) the recovery of the old RX diffractometer equipment,

(vii) the minimum 2-year warranty,

as well as

 the associated services of annual preventive maintenance, for a maximum of 3 years from the end of the warranty period – and therefore from the final acceptance of the equipment (in the case of a 2-year warranty), OR from the end of the second year of warranty (in the case of a warranty of more than 2 years),

for the benefit of the Department of Science (Chemistry) of UNamur.
