The purpose of this call for tenders is to subscribe to the insurance contracts of the group of orders established between the city, the CCAS and the caisse des écoles de Petit-Quevilly. The consultation is carried out in the form of a tendering contract concluded pursuant to Articles 12, 25, 66 to 68 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public contracts and Article 28 of the Ordinance of 23.7.2015 and Article L. 1414-3 of the General Code of Territorial Collectivities (CGCT).
