Description:
Supply of computer equipment and wireless network equipment for the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Computer Science and the Center for Maritime Military Technologies of Gdańsk University of Technology.

1.The subject of the order is the delivery of computer equipment and wireless network equipment for the Department of Electronics, Telecommunications and Computer Science and the Center for Maritime Military Technologies of the Gdańsk University of Technology.

2.The Contracting Authority requires that the Subject of the Order be factory new, complete with a high standard both in terms of quality of workmanship and functionality, free of material and design defects, has the required certificates and certificates of marketing and has not been subject to rights of third parties.

3.The item of the order includes delivery to the office of the Ordering Party.

4.Specific requirements are set out in the description of the object of the contract constituting Annex No 4 to the SWZ.

5.The Contractor shall fulfil the order under the terms and conditions described in the proposed contract provisions (model contract) constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.

6.The Contracting Authority does not require the lodging of a security of due performance or a defect.

Part 1 — Delivery of computer equipment to WETI's Submerged Spatial Visualization Laboratory.

1.The subject of the order is the delivery of computer equipment to the WETI Submerged Spatial Visualization Laboratory. Detailed requirements are set out in the description of the object of the contract, constituting Annex No 4 to the SWZ.

2.The Contracting Authority requires that the Subject of the Order be factory new, complete with a high standard both in terms of quality of workmanship and functionality, free of material and design defects, has the required certificates and certificates of marketing and has not been subject to the rights of third party.3.The offer submitted by the Contractor must be unambiguous and comprehensive, i.e. cover the entire subject matter of this contract together with the necessary components of the hardware infrastructure. In order to achieve all the intended objectives and requirements set by the Contracting Authority in particular in Subject Description 4.The Order, the subject of the contract offered by the Contractor must be complete with all the components, parts and materials necessary for commissioning and use. The offered object of the contract must comply with all the requirements of the Contracting Authority. The delivered item of the order after commissioning must be ready to work as intended and designated by the Ordering Party, without additional investment purchases on the side of the Ordering Party. The Contractor at the stage of execution of the contract shall carry out the object of the contract in accordance with the requirements of the

5.The Contractor is obliged to fulfill the order under the terms and conditions described in the proposed contractual provisions (model contract) constituting Annex No 3 to SWZ.6.The Contractor is obliged to clearly specify the equipment offered, characterizing them by means of an indication. type, model, manufacturer's name in the in-kind and price form constituting Annexes No 2I to SWZ respectively. The in-kind and price form constitutes the content of the offer.

7.The Contracting Authority shall request the submission with the offer of the following evidence measures in question to confirm the conformity of the supply offered with the requirements/characteristics specified in the description of the subject of the contract:

current at the date of submission of tenders a description of the offered item of the order, i.e. manufacturer's catalogue cards, manufacturer/distributor folders, prints from the manufacturer/distributor's websites or own descriptions. The description should confirm all the requirements for the subject of the order specified in the SWZ. The Contracting Authority allows submission of a description in English.

8.The Contracting Authority shall accept equivalent measures of evidence in question if they confirm that the deliveries offered meet the requirements, characteristics or criteria laid down by the Contracting Authority.

9.If the contractor does not submit the means of evidence in question or the evidence submitted is incomplete, the contracting officer will call them to submit or supplement them within the time limit set, in accordance with Article 107 (2) of the Pzp Act.

10.In accordance with Article 139 of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority provides for a reversed order of activities, i.e. he may first examine and evaluate tenders, and then make the qualification of the contractor whose offer has been highest rated, in the absence of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions participation in the proceedings.

NOTE in Section II.2.4 in view of the lack of places: If reliance on the capacity or situation of the entities providing resources, the contractor must also make a statement of the resource sharing entity, confirming the fulfilment of the conditions of participation in the proceedings, to the extent that the contractor relies on its resources - concerns Part 1 Supply of computer equipment to the Laboratory of Submerged Spatial Visualization of WETI.

Part 2 — Supply USB portable memory (pendrive) with logo for CMTM.

1.The item of the order is the delivery of 150pc USB portable memory (pendrive) with the logo for CMTM. Detailed requirements are set out in the description of the object of the contract, constituting Annex No 4 to the SWZ.

2.The Contracting Authority requires that the Subject of the Order be factory new, complete with a high standard both in terms of quality of workmanship and functionality, free of material and design defects, has the required certificates and certificates of marketing and has not been subject to the rights of third party.3.The offer submitted by the Contractor must be unambiguous and comprehensive, i.e. cover the entire subject matter of this contract together with the necessary components of the hardware infrastructure. 1.The object of the order is the delivery of IT equipment (computer sets, external wired network adapter). Detailed requirements are set out in the description of the object of the contract, constituting Annex No 4 to the SWZ.

2.The Contracting Authority requires that the Subject of the Order be factory new, complete with a high standard both in terms of quality of workmanship and functionality, free of material and design defects, has the required certificates and certificates of marketing and has not been subject to the rights of third party.3.The offer submitted by the Contractor must be unambiguous and comprehensive, i.e. cover the entire subject matter of this contract together with the necessary components of the hardware infrastructure. Part 4 — Delivery of wireless network equipment for SyMec project.

1.The object of the order is the supply of wireless network equipment for the purpose of the SyMec.The item of the order in Part 4 is funded by the National Research and Development Center under the project “MEC system for supporting advanced applications in the network environment wired and wireless 3G/4G/5G. Specific requirements are set out in the description of the item of the order, which is Annex 4 to SWZ. 2.The Contracting Authority requires that the Subject of the Order be factory new, complete with a high standard both in terms of quality of execution and functionality, free of defects material and construction, had the required certificates and marketing certificates and was not subject to the rights of third party.3.The offer made by the Contractor must be unambiguous and comprehensive, i.e. cover the whole subject of this contract together with the necessary elements hardware infrastructure. In order to achieve all the intended objectives and requirements set by the Contracting Authority in particular in Subject Description 4.The Order, the subject of the contract offered by the Contractor must be complete with all the components, parts and materials necessary for commissioning and use.
