Technical advisory services for the Dublin Family Courts PPP Project. The National Development Finance Agency (the "NDFA"), a business unit of the National Treasury Management Agency, for and on behalf of the Courts Service (as Sponsoring Agency), gives notice to procure technical advisory services for the Dublin Family Courts public private partnership ("PPP") project ("Project").
