The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a framework agreement relating to project management assistance services and project management assistance services for the ANTS' information systems.

The services cover the following activities:- assistance in steering the work programme,- feasibility studies,- assistance to project managers,? Assistance in the drafting of technical and/or functional specifications,- assistance in change management,- assistance in process and quality management,- specific expertise services (dba, ia, Accessibility, UX design, Igc/Pki, technical/functional architecture, Agile approach)

The services cover assistance in the operation of infrastructure equipment and software (servers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, storage or backup devices, associated software, operating systems, databases, etc.)

the services relate to project management assistance missions based on Devops and Devsecops approaches specific to projects relating to digital identity. They may also be produced for other information systems of the national authorities.

The services relate specifically to the project management assistance activities of the agency's Digital Identity project. They include the following activities:- assistance in drafting technical and/or functional specifications,- assistance in change management,- assistance in project management,- assistance in process and quality management,- assistance with recipe,- assistance with electronic administration monitoring,- specific expertise services (accessibility, UX design)
