Description:
EEG equipment and associated systems

Karolinska University Hospital invites you to submit a tender for the procurement Electroencephalography (EEG) equipment, with associated IT systems for, among other things, registration, analysis and storage. The equipment should be used for EEG recordings on adults and children from preterm age. Both stationary EEG equipment for elective and acute EEG as well as mobile (mobile) EEG monitors for continuous monitoring of brain function in intensive care are in demand.

The purpose of the procurement is that the entire current operation will have uniform and modern EEG equipment to be used for elective and emergency EEG as well as for continuous monitoring of brain function in intensive care. It is important that the equipment is robust and can withstand movements, while being manoeuvrable and adaptable to different survey environments and conditions. Interference-free examinations, free from, for example, alternating current from surrounding medical devices in the ICU environment, are very important.

The equipment will be used routinely by biomedical analysts and physicians in daily work. Great emphasis will be placed on user-friendliness, ergonomics and flexibility. Information security, traceability and data storage in accordance with applicable laws and regulations are also of high importance in this procurement. The equipment shall be fully functional, including all software and all user licenses necessary for full access/use of equipment.

The procurement concerns 27 pcs. EEG equipment with associated systems, and 13 pcs. as an option.
