The structures include:

- The demolition of the existing backbuildings on the site

- Making the construction site fully ripe

- Setting up the replacement new building in which various functions are brought together: a nursery, social grocery, multifunctional hall and a neighborhood restaurant.

- The complete finishing of the building as well as all necessary technical facilities.

- Includes the entire environmental construction of the interior area to a public square, the harvesting of existing trees and plantations, finishing all the garden walls present and surrounding garden walls and the specific facilities on the site for cyclists and hikers.
