Receiving and partial management of municipal waste in the municipality of Darłowo in 2022
1.The object of the order is the collection, transport of mixed municipal waste; the collection, transport and partial development of selectively collected municipal waste from inhabited, non-inhabited, “mixed” properties and cottages or other properties used for recreational use in the territory of Darłowo Municipality in 2022. Unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and biowaste from the abovementioned property the Contractor shall transfer to the regional municipal waste plant. Selectively harvested waste that will not be put into the regional municipal waste installation — the Contractor will use in its own right (fractions such as glass, waste paper, scrap metal, electrowaste, batteries).
2.Management of municipal waste from the abovementioned property from the community of Darłowo, the Contractor should ensure that adequate levels of recycling are achieved, preparations for reuse and recovery by other methods and reducing the mass of municipal waste undergoing biodegradations transferred to storage in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2021 item 888 as amended) and the provisions of the Waste Management Plan adopted by a resolution on 22 October 2020 No /XX/240/20 of the Sejmiku of the Voivodeship West Pomeranian update on the Waste Management Plan for the West Pomeranian Voivodeship 2020-2026, taking into account the perspective for 2027-2032, together with the Investment Plan Annex.
3.The Contractor shall equip the owners of the property covered by the municipal system with bags or containers for segregated waste and containers for non-segregated waste. The anticipated quantity of containers and bags that the Contracting Party provides for securing by the Contractor are: 30,000 bags for segregated waste (yellow, blue, green, brown); 120 containers 240 l; 50 360 l containers; 30 containers 1100 l.
4.In 2022, municipal waste is expected to be collected at 3800 Mg, of which between 30 and 50% will be selectively collected waste. The projected mass of municipal waste to be collected in 2022 from the property will be approximately 2500 Mg of unsegregated waste, and approximately 1300 Mg of segregated waste.
5.The subject of the contract includes the operation of an assistive system of segregation of municipal waste, i.e. the operation of PSZOK (2 stationary points of selective collection of municipal waste).
