eCollege is the national online learning service for the further education and training sector funded and overseen by SOLAS. eCollege courses are fully online and are part-time. Courses are aligned to industry certified pathways. Currently all courses operate on a continuous intake basis.

eCollege engaged the services of an external service provider to develop a quality assurance framework with corresponding indicators and a database tool in 2020. This contract has concluded and the framework, indicators, KPIs, database tool, and baseline reports are in place. The purpose of this RFT is to identify an organisation to utilise the tools developed to conduct monthly monitoring, site visits, and provide expertise in the quality assurance of online learning.
