The purpose of the market is the construction of a new rest and care home in Binche, on land located between rue du Moulin Blanc and rue du Coeur Dolent, comprising the cadastral plots D95y and D95v.

The building will have a capacity of 225 beds including:

- 3 floors of accommodation with a total of 192 beds,

- a unit with 3 short-stay beds,

- 2 secure units with 15 MRS beds for disoriented people,

- a day care center that can accommodate 10 residents.
