The Procurement Consortium (Several Dutch clients) general purpose of the Tendering Procedure is to contract a Framework Agreement with two (2) Tenderers, for an initial period of four (4) years with renewal options on two (2) occasions for two (2) years, on the subject of the Oil Filled Distribution Transformers, as described in the Tender Documents, available on the website for free.
