The agreement consists of the working delivery and subsequent provision of an ERP system such as Software as a Service (SaaS), whereby the service provider is also responsible for the maintenance and support of the offered solution.
The agreement is entered into for a period of at least 5 years and a maximum of 11 years. The implementation is expected to start in mid-July 2023. Contracting authority wants to put the solution into production on 1 January 2024.
The GR Cooperation Kempengemeenten (hereinafter also: GRSK) acts as a client on behalf of KempenPlus. Within the GRSK, the Shared Service Center (SSC de Kempen) is responsible for automation, computerization and data management for KempenPlus, among others.
KempenPlus is looking for an ERP system that better matches the organization and the processes for which it is used. The system consists of at least the following modules:
• CRM
• Projectcalculatie
•Finance
•Purchase
•Sale
•Invoicing
• Production (capacity) planning
•Logistics
• inventory management
•Reporting; Management information is filled in via external tool (Power BI)
