The purpose of this tender (1 lot of services) is to enter into a framework agreement with 1 suitable contractor that can meet the payroll and hiring needs of teachers and teaching support functions through temporary employment, secondment and self-employed.
In summary, this tender comprises the following services that a tenderer must perform with the estimate for each part added:
- payrolling; EUR 600 000 per year, decreasing. Payrolling is taken to mean the contractor hiring an employee who is made available exclusively to the client. The contractor may only employ the employee concerned elsewhere with the permission of the client. The contractor has not made a contribution in the allocation (bringing together supply and demand in the labor market) of the employee. Payrolling always complies with the WAB as required by the Dutch legislator,
- incidentally flexible (staffing / secondment / self-employed) hiring teachers; EUR 550 000 per year,
- incidentally flexible (staffing / secondment / self-employed) hiring education-supporting staff in the broadest sense (administrative, facility / IT and other); EUR 50,000 per year,
- hiring (sending out / seconding / self-employed) of strategic (advisory) positions, managers, administrators and (school) directors; EUR 500,000 per year,
- supervisor pool (insofar as the client does not use self-acquired volunteers); EUR 46,000 per year, excluding own volunteers.
