Refurbishment/redevelopment of 165 apartments in Stavsnäs Gärde 1-19 on a turnkey contract.

Stavsnäs gärde 1 - 20 is an area with 5 buildings, A, B, C, D and E with a total of 176 apartments divided into 17 stairwells. Built in 1965 and the buildings were then erected with 3 floors. In 1995, extension was carried out with an additional 1 floor. Apartments in stairwell 20 have been renovated in a previous project. This project includes the renovation of 165 apartments in the remaining 16 stairwells.
