1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of magnetic resonance imaging along with the adaptation of rooms for the Blessed Father Jerzy Popiełuszko Provincial Specialist Hospital in Włocławek.

2.The scope of adaptation works to be performed by the Contractor before the assembly and delivery of Magnetic Resonance Imaging is included in Chapter III of the SWZ.

3. Obtaining a decision of the State Sanitary Inspectorate for the use of the Resonance Laboratory.

4. Indicated on-site inspection. The on-site inspection should be carried out during the working hours of the Ordering Party, i.e. from Monday to Friday after prior appointment with the Ordering Party. At the same time, the Contracting Authority ensures participation in the on-site inspection no later than 3 days from the date of notification of such will by the Contractor. In order for the Contractor to be able to participate in the on-site inspection, he should submit a willingness to participate at least 7 days before the deadline for submitting tenders.
