Construction work with implementation planning - general contractor services complete turnkey functional tender

On behalf of the Office for Schools, LESG mbH intends to build a new extension in the Leipzig Paunsdorf district. The 24th school at Döllingstraße 25 is housed in a listed school building from the Wilhelminian period. In order to develop the school in the direction of a 3-speed, an expansion of the room capacities is necessary. For this purpose, an extension is planned on the northeast side of the existing building. The two parts of the building (existing and new building) are to be connected with each other.

The extension is to be built in a turnkey and operable condition.

All services for a usable and defect-free "extension" are to be planned, calculated, offered and executed. In addition to the general planning and construction services of the cost groups in accordance with DIN 276:2018-12 - hereinafter referred to as DIN 276 for short - this also includes all necessary work steps for project management, such as services for safety and health protection coordination (SiGeKo), all necessary surveying services as well as the preparation and obtaining of all necessary permits. The coordination of the planning and construction services is to be carried out independently by the contractor (contractor) in all service phases. This also applies to coordination with the client and representatives authorised by the client, coordination with authorities to be involved and the coordination of the services of external project participants such as utility companies.
