Property planning services according to HOAI in the service phase 2+3.5-8, if necessary in partial services, phased commissioning.

The city of Frankfurt am Main intends to completely renovate the Friedrich Ebert School's 3-field sports hall in the Seckbach district. It is a detached, partially basement, single-storey hall with a changing room and sanitary wing in reinforced concrete skeleton construction from 1976. A 5-level telescopic stand on the north side of the hall can be extended for events with spectators.

The construction project is a complete renovation with conversion - the triple hall will be dismantled from the ground floor to the reinforced concrete shell construction consisting of 3 outer walls with STB roof trusses. The roof structure with ventilation system and the complete building services need to be renewed.

The building has considerable energy and fire protection deficits that are to be eliminated.

KG 300-400 costs amount to approx. 4.5 million EUR
