The work to be designed and produced concerns:

- the restructuring of the boarding school located in building 11 to create a minimum of 59 beds with thermal insulation inside - around 700 m 2 known,

- replacement of the establishment's SSI,

- the restructuring of the last level (R + 1) of building 13 in order to create a 14-bed boarding school - approximately 250 m 2 known,

- fire safety of the stairwell in building 15 (linked to the creation of the boarding school in building 13), extension of the deputy principal's office and insulation of the attic,

- the restructuring of building 26 to create a foyer and a conference room which can be divided into 2 training rooms from 20 to 35 m 2 - about 290 m 2 known,

- various exterior works.

The work will be carried out in phases and on an occupied site.

The share of the financial envelope allocated to the works by the contracting authority amounts to EUR 2,900,000.00 excl.

The contractor will be entrusted with a basic mission (including SSI mission) supplemented by additional missions:

- inventory of fixtures with statement of existing (partial DIAG),

- quantitative quantities (partial EXE), and additional assistance missions:

—— definition and choice of furniture equipment,

—— relocation of premises linked to the works.

As a forecast, the project management mission should start on 24.8.2020.
