The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672) including works in the field of breeding and protection, forest, fire protection, logging and skidding, seeds, road maintenance, trails and timber depots, to be carried out in the area of the Miechów Forest District, in 2023.
Package no. 01 - forestry: Opacz 03-14-1-1The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management including works in the field of: forest breeding, nature protection, forest protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting wood, to be performed in the Miechów Forest District, in 2023.
The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract.
The material scope of services which are the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence shall not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
Package no. 03 - forestry: Trąby 03-14-1-3The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management, including works in the field of: logging and skidding of wood, to be performed in the Forest District Miechów, in 2023.
The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract.
The material scope of services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
Package No. 3.1- specialist package forest care - forestry: Trąby 03-14-1-3The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management, including works in the field of: forest cultivation to be performed in the area of the Miechów Forest District, in 2023.
The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract.
The material scope of services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
Package No. 3.2- specialist package forest management - forestry: Trąby 03-14-1-3The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management, including works in the field of: seeds, forest breeding, nature protection, forest protection, fire protection, to be performed in the Forest District Miechów, in 2023.

The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract.
The material scope of services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
Package no. 07 - forestry: Trzyciąż 03-14-1-7The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management including works in the field of: seed production, maintenance of educational and tourist infrastructure, protection of fire protection, forest breeding, nature protection, forest protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, to be performed in the Miechów Forest District, in 2023.
The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding the contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the PZP within 3 years from the date of the award of the basic contract.
The material scope of services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
Package 10 - specialist Nursery: Sosnówka 03-14-1-6The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management, including works in the field of: Nursery and seeds, to be performed in the Forest District Miechów, in 2023. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence shall not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
