The subject of this contract is a framework agreement on the supply of head protectors to the Bavarian police.

The Client assures the Contractor of the acceptance of the following minimum purchase quantities. These are to be used as the basis for the calculation:

Binding minimum purchase quantity (entire contract period):

- 2,950 head protectors

In addition, the Contractor shall ensure that the following non-binding purchase quantities can be accepted without obligation during the entire term of the contract:

Non-binding purchase quantity (entire contract period):

- 2,100 head protectors

The following are agreed as the maximum purchase quantity during the entire term of the contract:

- 5,050 head protectors

The scope of delivery for the first delivery after the knockdown is:

- 400 head protectors
