Nomi4's i / s is a joint municipal waste company, which handles operational related tasks such as collection of waste and recyclable materials, pre-processing of collected materials, etc. for the owner municipalities Holstebro, Lemvig, Skive and Struer.

The 4 owner municipalities in Nomi4s i / s (called Nomi4s) are in the process of implementing the collection of residual and food waste in new shared containers and new kitchen buckets and Nomi4s must have purchased plastic bags for the kitchen buckets. The plastic bags will be delivered to specified addresses in the Nomi4s area and Nomi4s will be responsible for the distribution.

Nomi4s therefore offers the task of purchasing and delivering approx. 11,000,000 plastic bags per years for food waste in public procurement under the Public Procurement Act (Act No. 1564 of 15 December 2015).

Nomi4s offers the task of purchasing and supplying plastic bags for food waste for a 2-year contract period with start of contract on 15.6.2019 and with the termination of the contract on 14.6.2021, with the possibility for the provider to extend the contract on unchanged terms for a period of 2 x 1 year to 14.6.2023.

The tender is carried out through the Mercell Tender Portal and all communication about the tender such as the release of the tender material, questions and answers, submission of tenders and upload of tender material etc. will also take place through the Mercell Tender Portal. The subscribed tenderer can receive an email from the Mercell Tender Portal when there is new material, new information, etc. about the tender.

Nomi4s will award the contract to the tenderer with the "most economically advantageous tender" according to the "award" award criterion.
