Services inherent to regulatory environmental checks and checks relating to safety and welfare on the facilities or premises in buildings occupied by the institutions.


Safety checks

Lot 1 'Regulatory safety and environmental checks' entails 3 parts:

part I: safety and environmental checks:

• part I.1: periodic safety and environmental checks,

• part I.2: any safety and environmental checks in addition to the programme of checks, following a specific request from the institution;

part II: technical assistance.


Health and safety coordination

Lot 2 concerns health and safety coordination in accordance with the Grand-Ducal Regulation of 27.6.2008 on the minimum safety and health requirements to be implemented at temporary or mobile construction sites.


Workstation risk analysis

Lot 3 concerns risk prevention management associated with workstations, work equipment and staff.
