The purpose of this contract is the supply and commissioning of a device for measuring the coefficient of transverse friction of adhesion and macrotexture on pavement, as well as associated treatment software, warranty and assistance as well as related training. The market also includes four options. The consolidation of options will take place under the conditions set out in Article 2 of the SMCC. All services and their terms of execution are described in the Special Technical Clauses (Cctp). This contract is subject to the provisions of the Public Order Code. It has been placed in open tender procedure pursuant to Articles L2124-2, R2124-2 and R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the Public Order Code. The market is at a global and fixed price
