The purpose of this tender is to conclude a Framework Agreement with two (2) Contractors consisting of both a Primary Contractor and a Secondary Contractor who both meet the need for Flexible Workforce (consisting of all functions within scale 1 to 6 of the DNB job book) from DNB.
