The contracting authority therefore wants to enter into a contract with a provider for the delivery and maintenance of a Welfare technology system that is future-oriented and that cover's the participating municipalities' requirements for a digitised workday with focus on welfare technology systems for the nursing and caring sector. The system must safeguard electronic interaction between the municipalities and external public and private participants.
