This consultation concerns the supply, installation of tyres and related services necessary on behalf of the City of Mandelieu-La-Napoule and the Centre Communal d'Action sociale, assembled in a grouping of orders. The procurement procedure used is: open tender. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1º, R. 2131-18, R. 2132-2, R. 2132-4 to R. 2132-6, R. 2143-1 to R. 2143-2, R. 2151-1 to R. 2151-5, R. 2161-5, R. 2161-4 of the public order code. It is a framework agreement with purchase orders, made at unit prices fixing all contractual stipulations and executed as the purchase order is issued, without negotiation or re-competition, in accordance with the terms laid down in the framework agreement and pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1 1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162- 14 of the public order code.

This consultation focuses on the supply, installation of tyres and related services necessary (disassembly, assembly, balancing, train adjustment, simple valve replacement, pressure and tightening, maintenance and repair...) to the control group of the City of Mandelieu-La-Napoule (coordinator of the grouping) and the Centre Communal d'action sociale (CCAS) of the City of Mandelieu-La-Napoule. Minimum annual amount: 8 000 EUR excl. VAT. Maximum annual amount: EUR 80,000 excluding VAT as an indication, the amounts of orders made for previous periods are as follows:
