The open procedure relates to the joint procurement of executive and construction design activities and the execution of the "body" and "custom" works necessary for the construction and commissioning of "Excerpt I" of the intervention called "Construction of plant systems serving the Colonnella 1, Colonnella 2 and Rodella Pits" briefly called "SOUTH Tanks" and included in the Optimized Bathing Protection Plan of the Municipality of Rimini (RN). It should be noted that the executive design is related to the works of the entire intervention and therefore both to the works of Strand I and to the works of Strand II, the realization is related only to the works of Strand I.

Joint contract for executive and construction design activities and execution of the "body" and "custom" works necessary for the construction and commissioning of the "Excerpt I" of the intervention called "Construction of the plant systems serving the Colonnella 1, Colonnella 2 and Rodella Pits" briefly called "SUD Tanks" and included in the Optimized Bathing Protection Plan of the Municipality of Rimini (RN). The executive design is related to the works of the entire intervention (both Excerpt I and Excerpt II works), the realization is related only to the works of Excerpt I.
THE INTERVENTION AS A WHOLE: as a whole, the intervention involves the construction of two plant systems, one serving the Colonnella 1 and 2 Pits, the other serving the Rodella Trench, to replace the existing flood spillways. Each plant system consists of a tank equipped with a pumping system and related underwater discharge pipes. The intervention also includes the architectural redevelopment of the areas affected by the construction of the pools, in harmony with the project of the Municipality of Rimini called "Parco del Mare".
The intervention was divided into 2 (two) functional sections, the first substantially consisting of the executive design of the entire intervention and the construction of the works on land, the second in the construction of the underwater pipelines, as illustrated in the full announcement.
The total amount of € 56,811,742.41 net of VAT indicated in point II.1.5) above is divided into the following services:
Main service - "Works" € 54,950,336.58 for works (of which € 51,632,164.68 for body works and € 3,318,171.90 indicative and presumed for custom-made works) plus € 607,108.42 net of VAT for safety costs referring to works not subject to a tender discount.
For the specific indication of the composition of the contract with regard to the main service - "Works", with an indication of the relative categories, both prevalent and separable, express reference is made to the specific table referred to in point III.1.3) Professional and technical capacity of this call for tenders.
Secondary service – Design Euro 1,254,297.41 net of VAT, for professional design services (including ancillary charges and expenses). It is hereby certified that, with reference to technical design services, the costs of security are estimated at Euro 0.00 (zero), since these are the assignment of services of an intellectual nature.
