This contract is a service contract, subject to standing orders, which has as its object the performance of services relating to emergency response on the motorways managed by the Nivelles motorway district which include:

- 24/7 permanence 365 days a day;

- the installation of signs;

- the removal of obstacles to restore normal traffic conditions;

- brushing operations and/or removing pressure losses of the current type;

- the establishment of diversion routes;

- the deployment and withdrawal of “SMOG” signs;

- the removal of abandoned vehicles;

- the provision of an unlocking machine during the implementation of the “snow” plan;

- temporary and localized repair of road damage.

- The definitive and localized repair of road damage in order to free the pavement as quickly as possible

- These services can take place every day of the year, day or night, including weekends and public holidays.
